Michael Ednock, center, of Keystone Veal, Dunmore, received a $26,250 Small Business Administration (SBA) Fee Waiver check from the Lackawanna County Commissioners. The funding is part of a $1 million SBA loan for working capital to purchase inventory and to subsequently hire three new employees. The Commissioners established the fee waiver program to spur local growth and to encourage the private sector to create family sustaining jobs in Lackawanna County. One hundred percent of the loan proceedings must be deployed in Lackawanna County.
