Commissioner Corey D. O’Brien Participates In Read Across America Day

Lackawanna County Commissioner Corey D. O’Brien, standing in the back with his son, Casey, recently read to students at the Riverside East Elementary School as part of the Dr. Seuss “Read Across America” Day.
