Commissioners Promote “Reading Is Mammoth Fun” Club

The Lackawanna County Commissioners joined forces with The Scranton Public Library to promote the 2013 “Reading Is Mammoth Fun” club. This Winter activity runs through March 1 and is the perfect way for children to learn, be involved in a constructive pastime, and meet other youngsters. This initiative is part of the “Tales For Tots” program.
