Lackawanna County Commissioners Bill Gaughan, Matt McGloin and Chris Chermak proclaimed the week of March 17-23 as 4-H week in Lackawanna County. The Board of Commissioners welcomed the Lackawanna 4-H and the Penn State Extension to its second March meeting to learn more about 4-H programs.
