Lackawanna County Commissioners Bill Gaughan, Matt McGloin and Chris Chermak visited the Women’s Resource Center in Scranton to help celebrate the 25^th anniversary of Denim Day, a social statement that protests the misconceptions that surround sexual violence. The Commissioners issued a proclamation recognizing Denim Day and declaring April as Sexual Assault Awareness Month in Lackawanna County.
