Inaugural Reuse Fest set for May 18

First-Ever Reuse Day

The Lackawanna County Office of Environmental Sustainability will conduct its first-ever “Reuse Fest” on Saturday, May 18, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Lackawanna County residents may drop off gently used clothing, toys, tools, sports equipment, small appliances and other items collected at the event will be redistributed to participating agencies – Friends of the Poor, Catherine McAuley House, Keystone Mission, and the Anthracite Bicycle Coalition.

Registration in advance is required for the event.
