The Lackawanna County Adult Probation/Parole Office (LCAPP) is committed to providing community supervision. Acting as an advocate/broker of community resources in assisting the offender in basic life skills management to improve the chances of a positive change with a reduction of future criminal activity; to restore the victim to pre crime status and to provide the County Judiciary with precise and succinct information in the form of Presentence reports.
