The Lackawanna County Adult Probation / Parole Department (LCAPP) is committed to the protection of the citizens in our community while providing supervision services for all clients on probation, restrictive probation, or parole sentences. Acting as an advocate of community resources, we assist all offenders in basic life skills while making referrals to auxiliary services for clients can achieve positive change and avoid future criminal activity. In addition, the department provides the County Judiciary with precise and succinct information in the form of bail and presentence reports and is staffed by 46 Probation / Parole Officers, 2 Deputy Chiefs and 8 support staff.

If any citizen has information on someone under supervision with this office and suspect there is a probation or parole violation, please call the Adult Probation Office during working hours @ 570-963-6876.  You must identify yourself and know the name of the probationer or parolee.  All information will be kept confidential.
