Lackawanna County's Agricultural Land Preservation Board is appointed by the Board of Commissioners. Members serve staggered three-year terms and act as an advisory committee for the County's Conservation District Department.
Board Members
The Agricultural Land Preservation Board is made up of five individuals - one at-large representative, two farm owners, one elected municipal official and one contractor. The current board includes:

- John Roba, Scott Twp. - Farm Owner
- Stan Wierzbicki, Greenfield Twp. - Contractor/Developer
- Brian P. Manning, North Abington Twp. - Farm Owner
- Larry Seymour, Benton Twp. - Elected Municipal Official

Agricultural Land Preservation Board meetings are held as needed at the Lackawanna County Conservation District Office, 1038 Montdale Road, Scott Twp., PA 18447.
