The Lackawanna County Performing Arts Center Authority is appointed by the Board of Commissioners. Members serve staggered five-year terms and oversees the County-owned Pavilion at Montage Mountain.

Meetings
The Lackawanna County Performing Arts Center Authority meets the first Wednesday of each month at 10:30 a.m. in the Boards and Authorities Conference Room on the fifth floor of the Lackawanna County Government Center, 123 Wyoming Avenue, Scranton, PA. The schedule is as follows:
