The Multi-Purpose Stadium Authority of Lackawanna County is appointed by the Board of Commissioners. Members serve staggered five-year terms and act as stewards of PNC Field - Home of the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders, the Triple-A franchise of Major League Baseball's New York Yankees.
