a. I do not see any quantities on the specs, can you please provide them.

i. Answer- There are no quantities in the specifications. The quantities  need to be determined from the drawings by the Proposers. 

b. On the drawing IF3-2-A1 there is a tag labeled Tiki Bar (35), do you need an   additional 35 chairs or are they accounted for on the drawing?

i. Answer- Ignore the (35) and base their pricing off the stool counts  that are shown.

Addendum 4


To get an apples to apples comparison, please use the following parameters in your proposals:

  • 4% Interest Rate
  • 2.5% Utility Escalator
  • 15 year term
  • Calculate Electric savings using $.085/KWH at the Burner Tip (This is the total Cost)
  • Calculate Gas savings using $6.35/DTH at the Burner Tip (This is the total Cost)
  • Calculate Water & Sewer using $15.50/kGal combine
  • Breakout the saving into 3 categories and keep separate:  (1)“Energy Cost Saving”  (2)“Operation Cost Savings” (3)“Incentives & Grants”
  • Do not include Capital Cost Avoidance in proposal
  • Describe in a separate paragraph how your Company plans to handle any Federal Tax Credits and how the County will benefit from them. Do not include these savings in any of the 3 savings categories.

With the addition of these parameters, we will be extending the due date for the proposals to FEBUARY 8, 2013 at 1 PM. All other date are the same.

There are some date and requirement changes and Proposers should read the RFQ in its entirety to note all changes.  The original RFQ has been removed and replaced with Addendum 1.

will be utilized as a point of purchase for the Lackawanna County Sheriff and Deputy Sheriffs for a period of 2 years.

All parts of the RFP must be included in your Proposal including how you plan on tracking and accounting for the purchases of each Deputy Sheriff as stated in the RFP. Please include a comprehensive plan along with any documents/spreadsheets that will be used and will help us better understand your plan.

Live Nation and Toyota Pavilion at Montage Mountain, in partnership with the Lackawanna County Arts and Culture Department, is seeking sculptures to display at the First Annual Peach Music Festival presented by the Allman Brothers Band to be held August 10-12 at Toyota Pavilion and Sno Cove Water Park. The goal is to beautify the grounds creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests from around the world and more closely align the festival with the community through local arts.
