Community Re-Invest Funds For Moscow Borough Specials Needs Project

Moscow Borough is installing a handicapped-accessible RockBlock Climb and Slide and a sensory Tic-Tac-Toe panel at its recreational facility. The Lackawanna County Commissioners presented officials with a check for $9,941 in Community Re-Invest funds, covering the cost of the entire venture. Community Re-Invest funds are used for projects involving greenways and trails, outdoor recreational facilities, infrastructure or community quality of life activities.
