Lackawanna County’s 911 Staff Members Earn Emergency Certification

Three members of the Lackawanna County Public Safety Center’s emergency management staff were recognized by the Commissioners and the Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency (PEMA) for successfully completing the basic certification training requirement for their emergency management positions. This career development program provided the three men with vital information and readiness training for disasters and emergencies.
