Cusumano’s Utilizes The County’s SBA Fee Waiver Program

Cusumano’s Restaurant, Old Forge, was the recipient of a $4,502.52 Lackawanna County Small Business Administration (SBA) fee waiver check from the Commissioners, which was used to purchase and re-open an existing restaurant and to upgrade the establishment’s equipment, furniture and fixtures. The total SBA loan for this venture was $177,000, which helped to create 12 jobs. The County’s fee waiver program was established to encourage the private sector to create family-sustaining jobs.
