‘Sunshine’ in short supply for some Lackawanna County governments

Some governments in Lackawanna County still have work to do when it comes to transparency.

A review by The Sunday Times of a sampling of 15 local government agencies found only six regularly make their meeting minutes available online and fully comply with the Pennsylvania Sunshine Act requirements for what the minutes must include….
