On & On Marketplace of Scranton was the small business spotlighted at the May 3 Lackawanna County Commissioners meeting. Meegan Possemato and Andrew Planey established “On & On Marketplace” in August 2015, bringing together artists and vintage vendors in one location on 518 Lackawanna Avenue. Over 15 artists, collectors, restorers and vendors offer a variety of handmade, repurposed vintage artifacts in one location.
