Lackawanna County Safety Programs

Officials from Lackawanna County showcase a placard outlining the importance of buckling-up and display a bike helmet, denoting its importance for preventing head injuries. Statistics show that buckling-up saves lives and wearing a fitted helmet can reduce the risk of head injuries by 45%.
