George Fricovsky Honored By Commissioners

George Fricovsky, center, Taylor, recited the Pledge of Allegiance at the November 16 Lackawanna County Commissioners meeting. Mr. Fricovsky was honored by the lawmakers for his recent designation as a World War II hero. He was also bestowed with his high school diploma from Riverside. Mr. Fricovsky was drafted at the age of 18 and served his country in the European and African theaters.
