Lackawanna County Schedules “It’s A Wonderful Life” Screening On December 6

“It’s A Wonderful Life,” a holiday tradition and a cornerstone of the movie industry, will be sponsored by Lackawanna County in the Peoples Security Bank Theater on Tuesday, December 6, with screenings at 2 PM and 7 PM.

The movie is free and open to the public.  No reservations are required.

Everyone is being asked to bring a non-perishable canned good for the County’s Holiday Food Drive, which will help to stock area pantries.

According to the Commissioners, the presentation of the film is the County’s “gift to the community.”  It will add to the festive atmosphere and spirit of the holiday season.  It is also an excellent way to help the less fortunate members of our community.

For further information, contact Fran Pantuso, Community Outreach Manager, at 570-963-6750.
