County Stocks St. Francis Commons Pantry

The Lackawanna County Commissioners and staff present Msgr. Joseph Kelly, right, of St. Francis Assisi Soup Kitchen with a variety of canned goods, pasta and other items to help stock the pantry at St. Francis Commons to fight hunger in our community. The food was donated by County employees through a systemwide drive. Drop-off boxes were placed in all downtown County buildings as well as a variety of other offices.
