Joe Sylvester Honored By The Lackawanna County Commissioners

The Lackawanna County Commissioners honored Army veteran and advocate Joe Sylvester, center, with a proclamation for his commitment to the military and our area’s veterans. He is active in over 20 local social service, community and civic organizations who are dedicated to helping those who have served our country. Mr. Sylvester has been in the U.S. Army on active or reserve status for over 43 years and has arranged numerous honor guards for local public ceremonies.
