The Lackawanna County Commissioners presented a certificate of recognition to Donald Broderick on the occasion of his retirement after 48 years of service as Executive Director of the ARC of Northeastern Pennsylvania. Mr. Broderick began his career with the agency in 1972, following his graduation from the University of Scranton. He held a number of positions within the organization, becoming the Executive Director in 1978. Don established a foundation for ARC and has served on several state and national boards.
