Laugh Out Lepka Comedy was the small business spotlighted at the July 11 Lackawanna County Commissioners Meeting. This local business is dedicated to producing the best and funniest comedy shows in Northeast PA at an affordable price. Owner Kevin Lepka formed the Scranton Comedy Club in 2017 as a means to help non-profit groups coordinate shows as fund raisers. He provides the equipment, venue and talent at no charge and receives a portion of the ticket sales.
