NOTE Fragrance Small Business Spotlight

NOTE Fragrance was the small business spotlighted at the August 22 Lackawanna County Commissioners Meeting. Located in both Scranton and Clarks Summit, this custom perfume studio combines the psychology of scent with aromatic qualities to evoke emotions within the user. Owned by Danielle Fleming and Mark Bonfiglio, the NOTE personal care products and candles are eco-friendly. NOTE had the distinction of being the only fragrance included in the Primetime Emmy Awards swag bags and was also was a Martha Stewart American Made Style finalist. The Clarks Summit store also sells jewelry, teas, baskets and other skin care products.
