Tiddlywink’s Boutique Small Business Spotlight

Tiddlywink’s Boutique was the small business spotlighted at the October 3 Lackawanna County Commissioners Meeting. Based in Dunmore, the store caters to the dreams and uniqueness of every little girl. Tiddlywink’s is the brainchild of owner Jessica Bredbenner, inside left, who established the business in January of 2016. It offers a variety of clothing accessories, dresses and much more. Tiddlywink’s is open Wednesday-Sunday and also “hits the road” locally and out-of-state in a mobile boutique vehicle.

L-r, Commissioner Jerry Notarianni, Commissioner Laureen A. Cummings, Ms. Bredbenner, owner; and Commissioner Patrick M. O’Malley.
