100th Land Bank Property Sold

Lackawanna County and Land Bank officials congratulate Tony Cantafio on his purchase of the 100th property in Scranton on 529 Gordon Avenue. The Land Bank, established in the Fall of 2015, has been an integral force in returning land, buildings and residences back on the tax rolls.
