Dear Property Owner/Landlords:
This letter is to serve as an introduction of the Housing Authority of the County of Lackawanna’s (HACL) Housing Choice Voucher Program that services to elderly, disabled and low income families in the county. We are authorized to provide housing assistance to 856 eligible families with rental assistance payments.
HACL is reaching out to you as a property owner/landlord to invite you to our Landlord’s Fair to provide you with more information about our program. We have taken the liberty of including a brochure that gives a brief description of the program.
HACL will host a total of four informational meeting to give you an opportunity to obtain information and ask any questions. We have listed below the dates, time and locations for the each meeting. Please note HACL will be sharing the same information in an attempt to accommodate your busy schedule.
