West Intermediate Earns Recycling Honor

For its efforts to safeguard the environment, West Scranton Intermediate School captured one of the runners-up spots in the Fall Greensylvania competition. Students recycled books, supplies and paper materials that totaled 4.3 pounds per individual, earning the school a Certificate of Recognition from the Lackawanna County Commissioners.
