Lackawanna - Luzerne Transportation Study Metropolitan Planning Organization, Lackawanna and Luzerne Counties, RFP for Updates to Various Transportation Plans

Lackawanna County and Luzerne County, located in Northeastern Pennsylvania, are seeking a consultant team to help update their shared Public Participation Plan (PPP), Title VI Plan, Limited-English Proficiency (LEP) Plan, Congestion Management Process (CMP), & Coordinated Public Transit – Human Services Transportation Plan (CPT-HSTP). The Counties are interested in developing a group of plans that will guide future transportation planning and participation processes for the Lackawanna-Luzerne Transportation Study Metropolitan Planning Organization (LLTS MPO).
