Lackawanna County Commissioners Bill Gaughan, Matt McGloin and Chris Chermak met with Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro and local union leaders on Wednesday morning at the United Association Local Union No. 524 in Scranton. Shapiro visited Lackawanna County to unveil his energy plan which encompasses two initiatives – the Pennsylvania Climate Emissions Reduction Act (PACER) and the Pennsylvania Reliable Energy Sustainability Standard (PRESS).
